Our customers benefit from the flexibility of unlimited free revisions, where we refine their websites at no additional cost, provided that the theme and layout remain unchanged. Our standard Turnaround Time for revisions is 48-72 hours.

 

Turn Around Time

 

QuickDigitX typically has a turnaround time of 48-72 hours for most web development services. Please note that this time frame refers to a single iteration of the development stage, not the entire project timeline. The time required for revisions may vary depending on the service, ranging from a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours, equivalent to two working days.

 

For example:

 

Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.

Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Friday will be delivered by the end of the day on Tuesday.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

 

In any circumstance, deposited funds for a project are non-refundable after delivery if the initial website design and theme are approved, or if a change is requested, unless QuickDigitX cancels or terminates your contract for reasons other than your breach or non-performance.

 

All refund requests will adhere to the following arrangement:

 

-A request can be made when initial website designs are offered. However, once you approve or request changes to the initial layout, the refund offer becomes void, and refund requests will not be entertained.

-If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial layout, you will be eligible for a Full Refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).

-Refund requests made within 48 hours will be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).

-Refund requests made between 48-120 hours of the initial layout delivery will be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).

-No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial layout delivery. However, we encourage you to contact us in case of any concerns.

-No refund requests will be entertained if no action is taken on your order for 30 days after placing your order. If you wish to reactivate your website order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.

-No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.

-If a client requests a refund due to a change of mind or personal issues during the project, the client is not eligible for a refund, although we may store credit the amount for future use.

-For website packages, no refunds will be entertained once website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed live.

-Refunds are processed for orders placed in good faith. If a customer has placed website orders with multiple agencies for the same job with the intention to claim a refund, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.

-For video animation packages, no refund requests will be entertained after the storyboard has been designed.

 

All refund requests must be communicated to the support department. QuickDigitX reserves the right to approve/disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis, based on the violation of your user agreement.

 

For QuickDigitX Custom packages, refunds will be applicable under similar terms as for single packages.

 

For example, if you order web design and video animation services and approve the website, you can claim a refund for the video animation service before designing the storyboard only.

We will attempt to resolve your concern through our revision policy. If unresolved, we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department. After the refund, the website copyrights will be obtained by QuickDigitX, and you will not be able to use the website design provided by the company. It should be noted:

 

The transferred website rights grant you no right (direct or indirect) to use any content, work product, or media, nor any ownership interest in or to the same.

QuickDigitX will share Copyright Acquisition information for refunded designs with Government Copyright Agencies, restricting the reuse of the website’s original layout in the future.
